Pastor Rachel Shako Mwamba is a charismatic international speaker, author, and passionate servant of God. She is married to Pastor Joseph Mwamba, and together they lead a thriving church in Scarborough, Ontario, Victory in Jesus Church.

Pastor Rachel is the founder of Women Moving Forward Ministries, an international ministry dedicated to teaching, empowering, and equipping women through the Word of God and strategic spiritual warfare prayers. The ministry also helps women discover the God-given potential within them, walk boldly in their purpose, and make a meaningful and lasting impact in their communities and societies.

She serves as a spiritual mentor to many women around the world, encouraging them to grow in their faith, embrace their God-given identity, and move forward with courage and purpose.

In terms of her education, Pastor Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Counselling and Social Work.

In recognition of her impact and service to women and communities, Pastor Rachel was also honoured as an award winner of Leading Women in Ministry at the Women of All Nations 2026.
